La Florela refund policy applies only in the following circumstances: If you received the wrong bouquet, if your bouquet shows quality defects, or if your bouquet didn’t arrive on time or it didn’t arrive at all. Please send your request to our customer service email within 48 hours after the product is delivered, at: hello@laflorela.com, clearly stating:

A) Order number.

B) Brief description of the quality problem, error, missing, or damage.

C) Number of branches (or stems) affected or claimed.

D) Photographs of ALL of the following must be included:• Box• Box label that clearly shows the tracking number• Damaged, bug, or problem being and we’ll be happy to issue a service credits to your account, which will apply to your replacement order.

Credits or refunds issued for replacement bouquets, late deliveries, or other customer service issues are considered "Service Credits." You agree and understand that Service Credits are not Gift Cards and will not be treated as Gift Cards. Service Credits are for one-time use only and can only be redeemed by the recipient of the Service Credit. Service Credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

All About Your Order

You can find Roses, Spray Roses, Asters, Mums disbud, Gypso, Hydrangeas, Pompons, Carnations, Alstroemerias, Molucella, Lilies among many more.

Due to the exclusivity of La Florela bouquets, you will decorate and fill any occasion with them. However our collections have the names of some of them for your guidance in this regard: Birthday Flowers, Home flowers, Just because flowers, Celebration flowers, Valentine's Day, Flowers for Mother's Day, Congratulations Flowers, Wedding Flowers, Anniversary Flowers, Thanksgiving Flowers.

You can change the design of your bouquet if your order has not entered the preparation process. You have a maximum of 24 hours after ordering. Once an order has entered the preparation process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.

Yes, you can choose the design of your bouquet, the recipient, the delivery address and the personal message you want to send.

Yes, we do! Our bouquets are wonderful for decorating any type of celebration, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, graduations, birthday parties or holidays. La Florela’s portfolio contains a terrific line of beautiful designs that will bring color to that special event. Look for them in any of our delightful collections.

Delivery

Normally the total shipping charge is $16 nationwide.

We offer 50% discount nationwide delivery on every order, so you pay only $8.

You can change the delivery date and address of your order within  24 hours, as long as your order has not entered the preparation process. Once an order has entered the preparation process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. You may track it at: www.fedex.com or at: www.ups.com. Your bouquet of flowers will be shipped directly from the farm to your door via FedEx or UPS.

Deliveries are made between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday (delivery on Monday is limited). There is an additional charge for your delivery on Saturday.

You should place your order at least 8 days before you want it delivered.

Because your flowers are coming from farms located in Colombia “the most biodiverse country in the world”, and there is a required time from the farms to prepare and deliver your flowers.

The bouquet will be carefully packed in an eco-friendly box designed to keep the flowers fresh. Depending on the size of the bouquet, the flowers will arrive in any of our three different boxes: 1. Premium, 2. Fabulous or 3. Sumptuous.

Please have someone at home to ensure the delivery and care of your flowers. If no one is available to receive the package, you can leave a note stating that it is okay to leave the flowers and waiving all responsibility for the damage. Include your full name and signature. Please confirm the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for any issues arising from any incorrect addresses.

Yes, you do need to create an account in order to manage your subscription plan. With your account you will be able to handle your information, methods of payment, freeze or cancel your subscription.

Yes, the subscription renews automatically, but if you want to off your automatic renewal,  we suggest you do it at least 5 days before we charge for the next delivery through your La Florela account, or through any of our communication channels.

If you are unable to receive your order for a period of time, we can pause your subscription. Just log in in your La Florela account and the major dashboard you can see the option to pause your subscription, or if you prefer, you can contact our team of specialists through any of our communication channels or by sending a request at hello@laflorela.com letting us know the next best delivery date. We will be happy to assist you.
