We will follow the guidelines on the World Health Organization (WHO) website in the "advice for the public" section, updated on January 6, 2021. At la Florela, we will make sure to stay safe by taking precautions and following the recommended biosecurity protocols, starting with the cultivation to the delivery and shipment of our products.

Some of our protocols include: wearing a mask during the whole process, keeping our crops and facilities well ventilated and disinfected, maintaining physical distance, avoiding crowded workspaces, and washing our hands frequently, among other things. (WHO, 2021)
